Proverbs had its first Wisdom Kids & Teens Youth Shut-in today. We had a great turn out. More than we expected. This event was open to home and away children. The children learned a scripture that focused around our theme "I am Somebody".

We read over Jeremiah 1:5 Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations. That God has a purpose for our life and that we are set apart. The purpose of the Shut-in was to provide an event for the children to be encouraged and that you are never to young to serve the Lord. Others activities included craft time, music and movie night.
